Opinion | Hunter Biden Gets Indicted

OK, so it finally happened. Now for what I think. Don't look for any explosive revelations. Don't look for Hunter's picture in an orange jumpsuit. There's already lower court precedent that moots the charge. Do expect SCOTUS to examine those lower court decisions sooner than it would normally have gotten there. Hunter's only real problem is that he threw a serviceable gun in a dumpster, thereby making it potentially available to be found by a criminal and used to commit a violent crime. But that didn't happen either. IMO Special Counsel Weiss is deep sunk in the "Deep State" and is doing exactly the job that AG Garland appointed him to do.
