Senate confirms first military nominee in months amid broader Tuberville blockade

Chuck Schumer has always been the one holding up the confirmations because he has always been the one who decides when to vote on the confirmations. Apparently he decided he had milked blaming it on Tuberville as much as he could so it was finally time to do his job.
