OK, so correct me if I am wrong. I am going purely off of general trends and know almost nothing about Philly....

But I am guessing by how strongly Democrat Philly is, they also probably have pretty darn tight gun laws. I am also guessing they commonly talk about the fact that their gun laws don't work is a result of the surrounding areas not having as tough of laws, and guns bleeding in from around Philly.

But if Philly is just collecting them up and handing them out themselves........

Kinda defeats both your tough gun laws and your rhetoric about weak gun laws elsewhere.
