Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Definitely agree and anyone who has seriously though about or attempted suicide should continue with mental health services.

Suicide has signs, if we pay attention carefully is preventable and tractable with proper mental health services.

It can be difficult to convince people to seek assistance without setting them off worse, when they depend on friends, only, to talk with about their issues, and you are one of the friends.<sigh>
