1st Lt Padre Dave Poedel - Because that's what liberals do Brother Padre Dave. That is exactly the kind of people they would rather help, not American citizens. The taliban is probably in china's pocket so part of the money is going to them and part to biden. That's the democrat way.

Sponsoring terror has always been a government function. It's always done with a wink and a nod, because we call it humanitarian aid, but when you have a dictator or in this case a terrorist organization in charge, you can't hide the money in NGO's or private donations and decide who gets it. The people running the country will ALWAYS get it.
