MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. That is one sick dude. I've never seen a fourteen year old girl that looked like she was twenty-one. The Marine should have known better. Once the guilty verdict is in he needs to be locked up for a long long time.

I've never seen a 14 y/o who looked 21, but I've seen some 21 y/o girls who looked 14.
