Never thought I'd see right and wrong so subjective through the words Equity, Equality.

“Is it wrong to murder, rape and kidnap people?” was a question to which the answer was no longer “yes”, but “were the victims or the killers members of an oppressed group?”

It's good to remember the ideology of DEI comes from the same ideology that said 'one death is a tragedy. A million deaths are a statistic.'
