Well, the Navy really seems to be having an issue with Commanding Officers being relieved. I'm not at the point of saying it feels like a purge, but I'm close.

True, yet NO mention of their Sr leaderships role in having soooo many fired. I still don’t understand how so many 05 & 06s can be fired but no mention of any 07^ that directly supervised them bearing any responsibility.
