I Believe The Last Time I Exercised Was Around 1964-1965.
In Our Karate Classes At Osan, AFB, South Korea,..
Basic Was A Snap, So It "Don't" Count At All.
Before That, It Was In 1958-1961 ~ Panama ~
Boxing, Weight Lifting, And Body Building...
YUP ~~ That's "IT" ~~ And I Ain't Done Sh*t Since.
And I AM, So Far....STILL Above Ground Level..
