As usual, LTC Eugene Chu is on target. Now, which target he's shooting at, nobody knows because what he's hitting has no basis in reality.

If you look at the article he's using to "discredit" something, he treats it as fact. The writer of that article (Brandy Zadrozny, a former 'journalist' for the Daily Beast) has been discredited as well and by multiple sources (she and her "misinformation expert" co-worker).

Some lay out point by point factual disputes of her claims and others are just clear opinion pieces (like the one Chu referenced), but since Chu seems to believe that opinion pieces are truth, then opinion pieces discrediting those are completely accurate as well.

Unless he's just a blatant hypocrite and thinks that only opinion pieces from the left are accurate.

and so on.

As one article in Rasmussen said, 'Beware of clickbait character assassins masquerading as "journalists."'

Looking back to her old articles while at NBC and the Daily Beast, I really like the ones where she went to bat on the idea that the entire Hunter Biden laptop was fabricated and that anything saying the President's son had any relationship with China was completely fictional.

It's funny how those reporters who claim to be “misinformation” and “extremism” experts always seem to shills for the left. If they would just once call out the "misinformation" and "extremism" of people like Chu and the rest of the progressive-left I might actually look further into what they are saying.

But they have no more credibility than Joy Behar saying that a Black conservative has no idea what it's like to grow up Black in the United States ... or someone from the progressive-left when they see something they don't like.

SPC Lyle Montgomery - I don't know. I like to let people speak their peace and let everyone make up their minds about them. I believe when good people read about attacks on organizations and not the facts, they form opinions about who is speaking to them. In my opinion they form mostly negative opinions.
Unless someone is trolling and trying to cancel out someone's post by a sheer volume of material (basically shouting someone down) I have a tendency to let them speak their peace.

Better stop discussing the self appointed fact checker or he will look at your profile and report you to the principal so they send you a harsh message. Ask me how I know. Weakness abounds in his post.

Well said. I'm not sure why anyone would think opinions are facts, unless those facts are included. Unfortunately, the believing in opinion pieces is funny, because they always complain about conservative opinion pieces as false narratives.

SFC (Join to see) I feel similarly. Sometimes speaking up is the only way people learn more about what they don't know, and what they might welcome opinions about "news" has been reporting something one day and the opposite the next.

If the FDA tells me this is false, I have no recourse than to believe it's true and the FDA is lying.

I won't side with Epoch Times or the Conservative Media... I'll just state my personal experience with COVID. I have Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia and some other issues. Fortunately, due to some newly discovered Chemo and other therapies my, Leukemia white blood count levels are back to normal. Normally, I would be considered in remission. However, since Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia is a Chronic disease, I'm told I'll never be considered in remission. Even, if my blood work stays the way it is for the rest of my life.

Due to my condition and weakened immune system at the time, my Doctors recommended I not get the vaccine. I had no desire to get it anyway. The rest of my family and extended family did get vaccinated. Ironically, they all came down with COVID not long after getting vaccinated. My wife was vaccinated, a few months after getting vaccinated, she caught it, and gave it to me. We experienced the same symptoms, the same cold, and recovered from COVID in the same amount of time. The only negative issue I experienced during this time was, before having COVID, I had an upper respiratory infection. The infection lasted after I no longer tested positive for COVID. However, the VA wouldn't treat me because they didn't want me passing COVID to other Vets.

Meanwhile, my upper respiratory infection got worse, and the VA still refused to treat me. They said, "There was nothing they could do because there was no treatment for COVID." So, I forced the issue and went to the VA Urgent Care/ER (At the time, they were one and the same). Once there, I refused to leave till they treated me. The Dr said, "It might be a Super Bug that he saw on Exray, or it could still be COVID." He FINALLY gave me a lung treatment and antibiotics. Within a week of being treated for the upper respiratory infection, it cleared up and, I was healthy again. Antibiotics don't do ANYTHING to cure or fight COVID. Had I still been fighting COVID, the antibiotics wouldn't have done ANYTHING for me.

Unfortunately, because everybody at that time had "COVID Blinders" on, it took more time than it should have for me to get treated. I could have gotten hurt or worse. Who knows how many people experienced this same treatment around the country? Or worse, how many were injured or died because they didn't get proper treatment due to the country's and medical community in particular being afraid of COVID? I'm convinced fear and COVID Blinders, unnecessarily injured or killed countless Americans.

The vaccine did NOTHING for my family and would have done nothing for me.
My COVID experience was the same as a vaccinated person. There was and is no reason for me to get the COVID vaccine and to go through COVID in the same manner as a vaccinated person. I caught COVID again from my wife a year later. However, on this occasion it was like an allergy cold. The next two times I caught COVID, it was so mild, I didn’t know I had it and only found out after I tested positive for it.

It seems the virus is weakening with each iteration. If somebody wants to get vaccinated, I'm ok with that. However, I see no point in it for me to get vaccinated. I'M NOT AGAINST VACCINES. I've had the Pneumonia vaccine, ALL kinds of Chemo, and stuff pumped into me. I AM AGAINST unnecessary medications and vaccines. Especially,
when the vaccine doesn't prevent or help you through the virus it's supposed to combat.
