A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney - I wasn't looking for the exact model, because I don't remember the model number after almost 55 years. I may have never even seen a model number, because National/Panasonic used a small metal plate on the back or bottom of the unit instead of on the front so the parts could be used on multiple models.
I found one wit a similar layout to show the video drum and manual transport controls.
