I'll leave the ships to the sailors. This soldier has no desire to be deployed on a ship but a submarine is even less so for me.

SP5 Dennis Loberger I Like doing Outside that is why I Preferred Surface Ships, Skimmers or "Targets" as Bubbleheads (Submariners) Called them!

It took me long enough to figure out that in Navy buildings floors are decks. I don't even want to know what you do to doors! :-))

I remember when I reported to the naval air station for permissive TDY to go apartment hunting and checked into Navy lodging. They gave me a room number and told me it was on the first deck fourth POD. I can only imagine the look on my face that made her tell me first floor 4th entrance lol
