DEI is nothing more than another attempt to hold back minorities and I fully believe racists came up with that goal in mind. The more you give a group of people verses making them work for it the less and less they will set goals for excellence. My children because they look white have to work much harder than others to get into the same programs and in ten years, who will this benefit, the kids that DEI helped or my children? My children because they did not have some one helping them and had to be the best to get a chance. When photos were removed from promotion packets minority promotions actually went down, not up because now they were evaluated on skill, not skin color for promotion.
