From this to Trump getting a $500M ruling against him for basically a civil violation, it looks like Congress is going to have to do something to stop “Destroy Your Enemies by Sueing Them.”…
The only thing I can think of is a winner take all legal system where the loser pays all costs, and maybe some damages if it’s found out they lies about anything.

I don’t usually like to follow other Countries but it is time for our Vojntty to use the loser pays system, not only in lawsuits but wrongful prosecution. Political hacks need to be elected by the people but when they cross over the line they need to be removed immediately,
