Just Is like in canada, Stabbings are common and a sign saying no knives in business establishment doesn't stop some idiot from bringing in a knife and stabbing people.

LTC (Join to see) Unless the business owner is planning on doing a shake down for every customer as they come in such signs are useless. All through school I carried a pocket knife. Now if a student comes to school with a knife it's a 180 day suspension. We didn't have the problems with guns and stabbing back then. My theory is that it's because the media gives it too much attention. So you got a guy that mentally ill wanting to kill themselves and go out in a blaze of glory and be famous. They get their fifteen minutes of fame.
