The investigation should ultimately determine cause. While some will point out that every accident is avoidable, the military lives on that edge.

A more sombering gig I did back in 2017 or so was for the Recon Marines and C130 crew members killed in the Yankee 72 crash. That one struck us more than others because we flew with those crew members on past TADs.

Being a Marine is dangerous business, even in training events. I hope all was done to mitigate the risks and please,please, please don't let it be human error that led to his death.

My prayers and thoughts are to him and his family.
