Supreme Court Justice Thomas Says Courts Lack Authority in Redistricting Cases

My opinion, Congressional districts should not look like a hand with finger(s) stuck out. They should use geographical boundaries where they can.

EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW is their mandate. I didn't make that up, it is above the entrance to the Supreme Court. If it fits that, they have authority over it as I see it
