I'm not inclined to go around blaming someone else for another person's action, but with all the councilors and what not in most schools, has it come out maybe other students or maybe even teachers pushed the shooter a little too far.

SrA John Monette I bought 3 of my children .22 rifles. One daughter wasn't interested but the 3 loved theirs.

SrA John Monette The thing is I don't think any parent would present their children with firearms and tell them to go shoot up a school. My high school had a rifle club and the members brought their guns to school on range day. And this was a city school. Maybe if they organized school groups like that again kids couldn't help but learn respect for the tools they are entrusted with.

SrA John Monette I don't know anyone who would. But what I do know is the old ways really worked. There was one major crime in my city during the 50's where someone was murdered. Not by shooting but I think she was strangled. The next murder was a shooting around 1970. Both of the suspects were nut cases.

I agree with him. We arent enforcing the laws on the books now...more control isnt going to fix the issue other than big brother taking away guns from law abiding citizens
