Liberals pressure Senate Democrats to confirm more Biden judges while they can

Since all Judges are supposed to be following the Constitution's lead, I have a problem with the distinction between a "Biden" Judge or a "Trump" Judge. The way it's being broken down here causes me to think that maybe one of these groups isn't following the proper concepts of adjudication.
