I'm curious to see if someone offers a legal challenge to the concept of pardoning people for crimes that they haven't been charged with, let alone convicted.

I think a lot of what Biden signed is going to be scrutinized. We know He's not good mentally, but for how long? There is anecdotal evidence that at least a year ago He didn't know what He was signing.

The guy was a fraud during the AIDS era, and it turns out he's just a fraud with a degree. Why did he need a pardon? Because he was more than happy to give our enemy gain of function money to fund killer diseases.

If anyone wants to see Fauci in actions during the AIDS crisis, the movie "The band played on" is pretty good. Fauci is NOT the hero of the film.
