So, Fauci is still on the hook in State Courts, the pardon was a Fed thing. Somebody with more legal knowledge than I please answer me this; If He ends up with a conviction in a State court, what happens when it is appealed to the Fed level?

I'm curious to see if someone offers a legal challenge to the concept of pardoning people for crimes that they haven't been charged with, let alone convicted.

I think a lot of what Biden signed is going to be scrutinized. We know He's not good mentally, but for how long? There is anecdotal evidence that at least a year ago He didn't know what He was signing.
