It appears to Me You are correct about that and most of what Biden did was break what was already working ok before He assumed the office of President. It seems later His feeble efforts to fix thing that worked ok before He broke them were the focus. The oh, look what I fixed, gear He was the one that broke them in the first place !

SGT Aaron Atwood - And now, to be rid of Biden's neo-Communist government and its attempted long-lasting effects, Trump has to do the same thing. One of Trump's first Executive Orders was devoted entirely to undoing several of Biden's terrible EO's.
