I have a feeling this isn't going to be settled quickly. I also feel that when it does finally make it back to SCOTUS it will be decided in Trump's favor.

I believe when this amendment was first brought up, birthright citizenship as it is today was specifically not allowed. But then progressives ran with it.

Talk about someone violating the constitution, the new governor citizen's rights his whole career and now his replacement AG is as big of a DB as he is.
