Attempting to entreat with any of the Islamic terrorist groups is a useless endeavor, Lt Col Charlie Brown. Ultimately, they use these efforts as delaying tactics in order to gain time to recover and plan another terror event. They have no intention of abiding by terms of a treaty indefinitely.
