Hmmm, I see no mention of the use of tariffs in Project 2025... But according to some, building a manufacturing capability is too hard, will take too long, and will be expensive. Never mind the fact that the UAW and US steel workers applaud this action.

Manufacturing what? It would take many years before any manufacturing plants could be built and staff trained. Plus a hell of a lot of money. Also, who are you going to get to work those in plants?

Is there no optimization though and retooling existing empty space is very possible. Sooooo many empty large buildings here in Indiana at least.
