Delaware Residents See Surging Electric Bills as State Pushes Green Mandates

Our illustrious ex governor and the bully senator started breaching the dams so we are hearing more about requests to raise rates.

Right now in Massachusetts a bit of a revolt against utility bills, gas, electric and oil. Electric and gas added to bill is delivery charge, which is a total scam. Fist off electricity travels over wire, gas in pipe which make direct line from the source. Neither goes down the wire and pipe and says, " Oh, I get off here this is a customer. " They both go pint A to Point B, follow the wires or pipe. This stolen money goes to a thing called Mass Save to fund Green projects which does include household insulation, solar panels, light bulbs that draw less power. This charge is so high it doubles the utility bill although there are people that have used this service You paying for it anyway even if You never have these things done. I know I'm pretty tired of this rip off utility bill for My electricity which outside of Massachusetts I understand Texas has also, not sure what other states may. Seems one excuse used is installing and maintaining power lines which until the past few years had never been the case. Am I missing something here ?
