Aftet all, the technology of a muffler is about the same as a suppressor.

Lol, funny in the 60's and 70's, we all tried to make our mufflers louder, I had a 70 chevelle with a 396, and that Isky high duration cam, made other cars at the stop light vibrate. Hahahahaha!
Oh, my glass packs were, Purple Hornies mufflers.

Boy, the Feds could raise a huge income fortune. Just place automobile mufflers under the same 1934 tax rules. $200 per car?

The VPC is full of it. Several states have allowed weapons with suppressors to be owned by citizens and there's been no calamities.
