Lt Col Charlie Brown It all makes sense to me! Heavy exercise is out of my realm due to my back but I still walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Most days its around 12,000 - 13,000.

Doesn't need heavy exercise, even walking at a good pace helps a lot.

I do find when I'm physically active and doing things it does in fact help many other aspects but My level's aren't where they had been even into My mid Sixties where I could still run, do pushups and sit ups etc. I'm not doing as well with physical activity as I had been 12 years ago, do walk but My knees and other things don't hold out as well as they used to. Forget Sit ups and pushups especially without a plan on how I'll get back up again.
