Sorry. I see this as a ploy by her for when she sides against the upcoming cases regarding the Second Amendment. We all say 'oh look, she's being reasonable regarding arms'. Then when votes against 2A cases, they'll say there is something wrong with the cases because she was reasonable this one time.

I think it's Chief Justice Roberts setting her up. SCOTUS just denied cert to a Ban case. Before having her write this opinion She could could have come down on the anti gun side and no one think it strange. The next one that SCOTUS takes up if comes down against again, after this opinion, there will be much said.

SGT (Join to see) Yep. Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett have been very much a disappointment to me with 2A cases. Kavanaugh's 'letter' was an attempt at CYA in regards to the denied cert. They aren't as Constitutionalists like they made themselves out to be.
