They've got Brenan dead to rights. He's lied to Congress on this as recently as 2023. Comey may skate, though, he's almost outside the statute of limitations on this.

They absolutely should be indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and put in prison. The problem is that it will be hard to get a grand jury in liberal Washington, DC, to indict them, much less a jury to convict them. My opinion is that they will escape unscathed, except for the public shame of what they did being exposed. Of course, they will be folk heroes to libtard TDS sufferers.
