Stopping by fast food for lunch 3 times a week (and not playing it smart) is like adding 1-2 whole extra days of food to your week, but without the actual nutrition.
Most Americans eat fast food 1-3 times a week.

Even the veggies you eat is altered plants and with artifical fertilizers, and pesticides in them. Your choice is either is go back to Natures way Grow your own vegetables or find a farmer that grows organic foods, Food like we eat back until the fifties. Even the raw milk that had a lot of added benifits to the body before man kind had to alter it because of the false hood or I call it greed. They grew bigger better foods back then, But look around you today at the cost to human lives. As I look around me today and see eveyyone almost everyone has some sort of sickness or has more weight than they need and wasn't by Gods plan you can bet..

I've Used Both The Cleveland Clinic And Mayo Clinic For Information Resource's, And They're About Equal In Being Of Help, But If One Is Difficult To Handle On Line, I Go The The Other And Check Them Out Too. And It Is As You Say Mayo Has Weekly & Monthly News Letters Which Have Been Of Some Assistance, But On The Over All They've Both Been Worth Contacting.
