And, lets not forget intellectual property and patent infringement. In my Civilian work life I had to deal with Chinese made industrial machines. Without fail, major mechanical parts had to be replaced, before the machines were put into service, because the Chinese didn't have the knowledge and skills to make these critical parts correctly. I say patent infringement, because the bad Chinese part could be replaced by the OEM part with no modifications. The companies still bought the Chinese machines if the parts and labor, to actually make it functional, still came in below the cost savings point.
