Here are some college students taking action for veterans RP Members!
What do you think about their actions versus politicians talking about fixing the problem?
While politicians make promises to help our veterans, a group of University of Delaware students took action and ran across the country to raise awareness and support for veterans.
On Jul. 26, 2014, six students ran 1700 miles in 16 days from Newark, Del. to Houston. Each member ran approximately 15 miles per day. Along the way they raised $13,000, which they then donated to Team Red White and Blue and Got Your 6 – organizations that strive to offer support to veterans by connecting and integrating them into local communities.

That's a great thing they did. It was two years ago and I wish it could continue year after year. But, I appreciate what they did.
