LTC (Join to see) Seems that even at sea conventional forces are going to be replaced by small "guerrilla" type craft. The U.S. does have riverine forces, and coastal patrol type craft. Maybe time to put some of them to work "explaining" to adversarial nations that we can play the game on any terms.
