A Hashtag Can't Be Sued: Judge Dismisses Officer's Case Against Black Lives Matter

Heaven forbid Americans group together behind a cause to fight social or political or economical inequality like BLM, Tea Party, and other groups. Any named leader of a movement can now be subject to lawsuits where the judge could be reasonable like this Louisiana judge or a more biased judge later on. This won't be the last lawsuit we see in the news.

Who exactly are they going to sue? I don't think there is any official BLM membership or organization? I could be wrong, I guess I haven't looked into it.
