LET HIM GO AND PAY HIM FOR TIME LOST!!! Some prosecutor (probably friends with the current AG) some where who ran his case is still "convinced" of his guilt and doesn't want to admit they were wrong...I am sure contrary to evidence provided. Let the man go.
