MAJ (Join to see) - Where did I argue that it was not living? As to the law, SCOTUS says it is not murder. Even your Bible says that it is not murder.

So you can say that it's murder all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that it is not, anymore than claiming blue is red will change a color.

Capt Gregory Prickett - So if it's living then it has the "•Freedom to pursue “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”. That right is afforded to all Americans is it not? Killing a living human being unjustly is murder. I'd think a lawyer would get that.

MAJ (Join to see) - a lawyer understands that one living human being does not get to unjustly commandeer the bodily organs of another human being. Kick it out for trespassing. If it's viable it will live.

Capt Gregory Prickett Wow. Such compassion. I guess your thought process on this holds true for one year olds right? Can't afford the kid? Kick it out. If it can make it, great. If not, so be it. And you act morally superior to religious people. That's laughable.

But we are a humane nation that doesn’t allow children to be sliced up to appease religious zealots.
In order for an 11 year old to give birth they have to slice them open. They don’t even know what is going on yet we force this torture on a child. To support rapist and child molesters.
