I'm glad the USMC gave him a fair trial. No mention of discharge, but we can likely rule out the next Command Selection Board. Maybe not. Fair winds and following seas for him. Command influence is akin to politics. Although present, it should not be. He accepted responsibility. That's something these days. Counterpoint - he second guessed Commanders on the ground.
