One has to be careful about where you go. This was true for me at Ft Leonard Wood, Ft. Carson and Ft Sam Houston. Failure to be diligent can lead you to consequences you don't like

I can imagine some of them were just oblivious, they heard about a cool place to go clubbing. Anyone moonlighting there is cooked, though.
