Sometimes I get frustrated with my own service. We have lots of acquisition officers, intel officers, comms and cyber and space officers. Nothing against any of them. But if an Air Force can't fly its aircraft due to a continuing pilot shortage, what is it's purpose? Where are it's priorities? Where is Hap Arnold when you need him?
