Those seaplanes can scoop the water and be back on station attacking the fire in a few minutes. I am 55 and I still have to click it twice otherwise the same thing happens LOL.

I like the video, LTC (Join to see), and I also watched your take off video from the movie, Catch-22. I’m sure you know this, but the aircraft used in the movie were Mitchell B-25s.
BTW, I saw the movie when it was first released in 1970, and also read the book by Joseph Heller, so I’ve been tuned in to the meaning of catch-22 for a long time!

Yes, I knew the difference. I originally thought the planes in Canada were A-20 Havocs but they were actually A-26 invaders. I have a 74 year old friend who has a 97 Year old uncle who flew the A-26s for the 8th AF and he was mad because he had to do 65 missions! Low flying bombers on dangerous missions during the German retreat from France after D-Day. His uncle still drives and he became a warrant officer to fly Hueys for the Air National Guard. What an experience. Flying a bomber in WW2 at age 20 or 21 then flying Hueys in his 40s!
