'Almost Asian' is a hilarious look at dealing with adult-onset identity issues

She lost the genetic lottery and needs to accept it. She can't change public perception of what is Asian or Hollywood expectations; at least not in this lifetime. I also highly doubt Hollywood cares about authenticity or the genuine article. However there was that Emma Stone debacle where she played a half Asian character in the movie Aloha.

People who don't have enough real problems to worry about have to make some up in order to fill the void. This is a good example of that "need".
