Coke is a generic term in Arkansas as well. When this midwesterner first moved there I had a lady ask me where the Coke was. We had a display of Coke in the center of the store for an ad. I sent her there. She came back upset at me. She was actually looking for orange soda. I quickly learned my lesson.
