There is a lot of dead time at a baseball game, but I don’t agree to a pitch clock either.

I’ve always liked baseball, PO1 William "Chip" Nagel, and it comes to me naturally. Prior to entering WWII, my father was a three year college baseball letterman.
I agree that the game of baseball can be agonizingly slow, but the pitch clock doesn’t seem to be the answer. Having said that, I don’t have any remedies to suggest to speed up the game.
I also enjoy college baseball. It doesn’t last quite as long as a professional game, and sometimes the action of the game seems to make the time go faster.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel, college softball is also a great sport. It’s fast, there’s usually lots of action, and the women are superior athletes. I watch college baseball and softball more than professional baseball.
