Quite a story. To be that big and still need to hide really says something about the predators of that area and time.

I find this stuff interesting but take it with a grain of salt. When Mount Saint Helens blew up there was a lot of speculation on how life would reestablish it's self. I watched a documentary on it. The scientists assumptions were wrong, the type of insect life to first appear was wrong. How life would reappear was wrong. If they can't get it right with critters they know and study how can they really understand creatures when they only have remains of the creatures and incomplete knowledge of the plant life?
