With the new budget, and the plus up for the DoD, it seems that money is no object. There are many places that would be much less expensive to build a new command. Whatever happened to being good stewards of the public trust?

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I will be surprised if it gets built in San Diego, unless they are taking over some unused Navy Property.

Why would they consider putting it away from where the major Army units are? Other than Fort Lewis, there are no major units west of Texas.
