Well he needs to be locked up somewhere and the soldiers are MPs not "guards". I am sorry that our nation has become so civilized that a good public hanging is considered cruel. He needs to be treated with civilized cruelty, and punished in like manner. If it were public and taped, it would stand as a warning to everyone else inclined towards the same horrific acts (you can add to these acts child molestation and rape). If you think hanging isn't a deterrant, just start televising hangings.

CPT (Join to see) - No worries! The spouse pages can be dramatic at times but people on post said they saw him in person working. I'm not sure where he is sleeping at night. However, I believe that with the horrific crime he committed, he should not be allowed on post, or to work.

As far as your first comment, I personally believe we need to execute more criminals (those that have confessed or been 100% proven guilty). Back when I was going to school in Florida, my sister's friend was murdered by several escaped inmates. I believe (at least at the time) you only got 7 years for murder, but 20 years for a marijuana charge. I was honestly outraged. I believe if you murder someone (in cold blood) you should be executed. I believe that Hammurabi's code (to an extent) would be a fantastic crime deterrent.
