Army reveals new details on SEAL team commander’s training death

Here's information discussing a SEAL Team Commanders training death.

Such a shame a failure in safe practices that should have been in place and apparently weren't resulted in this death. Each supporting participant needs to pay 100% attention on each and every move to insure the safety of those they are there to support and assist to prevent these tragic deaths due to even a moments inattention.

Very sad.
