Army says 2-star general committed suicide on Alabama base

Suicide Prevention starts with admitting that you're helpless in your addictions of drinking drugs or mental issues if you can't admit that you're helpless how are you going to know to seek help because the first step is admitting it. It's so sad this guy could have sought and mental health help you could have had a third star and everybody would be happy. Now you have hundreds if not thousands of people wondering why did this happen and could have done something to prevent it people who knew him before his close friends his aides everybody. This should bring up the subject and no one talks about suicide prevention begins with prevention of alcohol abuse drug abuse prescription drug abuse and clinical depression or PTSD need to be looked at and not look under the rug. I don't know the circumstances from this two-star General but there's a lot of common denominators and I'm just covering all bases since we don't know what happened but too many times all these issues are related sea kelp go to AAA meetings NA meetings PTSD seek help.
