Of course there's an investigation. It was a shooting and someone died. The incident has to be looked into. Doesn't mean the shooter did anything wrong. If someone had been deep in the woods taking pictures of my home and family, I'd be more apt to shoot first then ask questions. It was trespassing and invasion of privacy.

It won't matter if he did anything wrong. All that matters in a case like this is the politics of the county attorney and whether or not the family can make their version go viral to stir up higher politicians. The person who was shot is white so there is very little chance the story will go viral or make the news.
