I didn't exist on October 29, 1969.
First use of a computer was in 6th grade circa 1982-ish. My parents bought us a TRS-80 II computer around 1984 and have had a computer around ever since.

We've had a home computer for about the same time. Aircraft are just flying computers so I've been dealing with them forever.

My wife bought me one of the first laptops. It was expensive back then and had one of the first iterations of Windows. It was about 30 years ago. About a year or so later I started to write a training course on computers. It was DOS oriented

Ya, laptops were really expensive when they first came out, we had one in our deployment kit and had to treat it like gold compared to desktops.
